Free: the doors, the ramps and the corridors
Nobody checks anything at the entrances. The doors open three hours before the shops, and walkers use that time to lap the corridors, which run about 1.2 miles round each level. Parking is free in the East and West ramps, the North Lot and the South Ramp. Lights over the spaces show green for open, red for full and blue for accessible.
Free: the theme-park floor
Nickelodeon Universe fills seven acres at the centre of the mall, under the skylights. Anyone can walk in, watch the Log Chute and look for the home-plate plaque in the floor. A wristband or a points card is needed only to ride. The points card covers a handful of rides and is sold at the park itself, not on GetYourGuide. What the ride wristband pays for
The unlimited ride pass is a one-day wristband. The listing counts 26 rides and attractions, including SpongeBob SquarePants Rock Bottom Plunge and PAW Patrol Adventure Bay. Seasonal events such as Toddler Tuesdays and Slime Break are included. Food, drinks and locker rental cost extra. The ticket is redeemable once, on the selected date only, with free cancellation up to 24 hours before.
What the aquarium and Crayola tickets pay for
The SEA LIFE Minnesota ticket is general admission for one day, and a visit takes about an hour. Children aged 2 and under enter free with a paying adult. Details are on the aquarium page. The Crayola Experience ticket is a flexible-date day ticket, valid within 14 days of the chosen date. It includes one custom wrapped crayon, one Model Magic clay packet and a voucher for a washable Scribble Scrubbie pet.
The escape room, the illusions museum and the golf
The Escape Game ticket buys one 60-minute game for up to eight players. The Museum of Illusions ticket is valid for one day and is non-refundable, the only one of the seven without free cancellation. Each golf ticket covers one 18-hole round with a putter and ball. Children aged 5 and under play free with one paid adult admission per child. All five are compared on the family attractions page.
Clothing without sales tax
Minnesota charges no sales tax on clothing and shoes for general use. Accessories, sports and protective equipment and clothing services are taxed. The mall’s own page calls it “tax-free deals on clothing”. The state’s rules are published on revenue.state.mn.us.
Why this site prints no prices

SEA LIFE, Crayola Experience and both golf courses allow no outside food or drink. A day plan needs a meal at the mall’s restaurants, the park’s food stands or Café Crayola.
