Is Mall of America Worth Visiting?

Families have the rides, SEA LIFE, Crayola Experience and two golf courses. Teenagers and adults have the escape room, the thrill rides and the illusions museum. Walkers have the early doors. Shoppers have 500+ stores, restaurants and attractions and no sales tax on general-use clothing. The attraction-by-age page sorts them.
What it does not offer
There is no tour of the mall itself. The Chapel of Love closed in 2022. Under-16s need an adult after 3 pm. Much of it is free; the things-to-do page lists the free sights.
On a layover, the Blue Line runs from both airport terminals to the mall in about 12 minutes.
