What this site can and cannot do
This site is an independent guide, not a ticket seller, so it cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. Bookings are handled by GetYourGuide, so booking changes go through them. Six of the seven attractions allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before; the Museum of Illusions ticket is non-refundable.
Questions about the building, such as opening times or the rule for under-16s after 3 pm, are answered on the hours page and the escort policy page. The mall publishes its own holiday hours, and those are the ones to check before a holiday visit. A wrong answer on any page is exactly what the address above is for.
